What this site is

This website describes Motivo Systems, LLC, a pre-pilot dealership operations technology company, and its product direction. It is informational. Nothing on it is an offer of software, a service agreement, or a guarantee of availability, features, or results.

Fictional demonstrations

Every product demonstration on this site, including the live floor simulation, uses invented data. "Pioneer Honda" and every person, vehicle, number, and event shown are fictional and are not based on any real dealership, employee, or customer. The demonstrations illustrate an operating concept and are not shipped software.

No claims of traction

Motivo has not represented any dealership as a customer or pilot participant on this site. Any future customer, integration, performance, or outcome claim will be published only with supporting evidence.

Pilot conversations

Expressing interest in a first pilot creates no obligation on either side. Any pilot's scope, duration, data handling, support, and commercial terms are agreed separately and in writing before it begins.

Use of the site

• You may browse, link to, and share pages of this site.
• You may not misrepresent Motivo, its status, or its relationship with any dealership.
• You may not scrape the site for the purpose of training a competing product, or attempt to interfere with its hosting.

Intellectual property

The Motivo name, mark, copy, design, and code on this site belong to Motivo Systems, LLC. Photography is illustrative and does not depict real Motivo customers or staff.

No warranty

The site is provided as is. We aim for accuracy and honesty and will correct errors when we find them, but we make no warranty about completeness or fitness for any purpose.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States. This is a working draft and will be reviewed by counsel before the first pilot begins.
